Ashton Hill, Turramurra
This project has been designed to complement its stunning leafy hillside location. The building consists of 101 apartments across 13 levels and 3 off-basement carparks.
Perspective Group team members were instrumental in both mechanical ventilation system and air-condition system design, as well as designing the sanitary drainage and sanitary plumbing system.
The Ashton Hill project was coordinated using 3D Revit software, which is used to drive efficiency and accuracy across the project lifecycle, from conceptual design, visualisation and analysis to fabrication and construction.
CDC Data Centre
This data center project value exceeded $50 million and included the construction of more than 30 data rooms as well as dedicated battery rooms as a backup system.
Perspective Group team members were involved with CRAC unit system and chilled water system design.
The project was coordinated using BIM 360 and Revit 3D design.
Tada Kids Café Ryde
Tada is a one of a kind play and cafe facility aimed at providing activities that the whole family can take part in.
Perspective Group provided a wide range of mechanical, electrical, services that resulted in the creation of a safe and functional space for families.
Blue Haven Aged Care Centre, Kiama
The Blue Haven Aged Care Centre project value is in excess of $20 million. It consists of 59 independent living units and 134 aged care rooms with a basement carpark.
Perspective Group team members assisted with mechanical ventilation system and air-condition system design as well as hydraulic services in regards to sanitary drainage and the sanitary plumbing system.
Banksia Road Public School, Greenacre
This upgrade provided a new two-storey building with four new learning spaces, administration and staff facilities, as well as refurbishment of the existing administration building into two new learning spaces and improvements to school access.
Perspective Group team members were integral to mechanical ventilation and air-conditioning system design, and also provided ESD Section J and JV3 practice for this project.
